Every month, we check your system, add any new customers you have sent us, and send you a clear monthly review - exactly who to contact, what opportunities to chase, and how your system is performing. You focus on the jobs. We keep the system alive.

  • All new customers added to your tracker within one business day - just send us the name, number, service, and date after each job

  • Weekly tracker monitoring - we check every client tracker each week and alert you immediately if any customer goes overdue, so nothing slips between monthly reviews

  • Monthly dashboard check to ensure everything is running correctly

  • Priority contact list - who to contact this month, most urgent first

  • Outstanding opportunities flagged - past notes that have not been actioned

  • System health check - clean data, correct follow-up dates, no stale rows

  • Monthly review email delivered on your anniversary date, every month

After every job, send us a quick message - name, phone number, service completed, date. WhatsApp or email. That is all. We add them to your tracker within one business day, set their follow-up date automatically, and make sure they appear in your next monthly review when the time is right.

You do not need to update a spreadsheet. You do not need to remember who needs following up. You send us a message after each job and we handle the rest.

Tiered by how active your business is.

  • Light up to 150 total customers. Suited to sole traders with a steady but lower volume of new work - £197/month.

  • Standard 151-300 total customers. For active small businesses with a consistent flow of new jobs - £297/month.

  • High Activity 301-450 total customers. For busy operators where the system needs consistent attention to keep up - £397/month.

  • Enterprise 451+ total customers - custom pricing, contact to discuss.

Billed monthly by direct debit on your start date anniversary.

No long-term contract - cancel with 30 days notice.

Requires the Repeat Revenue System Setup to be in place first.
